PRACTICAL EXERCISE & DISCUSSION
In today's corporations and business, executives, managers and team leaders rarely meet face to face and sometimes may never get an opportunity to experience conversations with one another.
A solution would be an environment where managers and leaders could meet, form interpersonal relationships, and allow them to reflect on their individual and collective contribution to the business. This would develop an understanding, and an appreciation of, their colleagues' involvement in the organisational structure.
Transporting identified candidates away from their work place and collecting them together in a neutral location is an essential component of our programs. This would engender an atmosphere whereby growth and development would be discussed and could be nourished.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES
These take the form of various physical team building and personal exercises developed and are fully supervised by former Special Forces Members, and are based extensively on SAS training. Again these are tailored to the individuals' limitations and the company requirements.
DISCUSSION FORUMS
During such sessions participants will be encouraged to be candid and positive when expressing their feelings, emotions and motivations.
Participants are encouraged to speak out without fear of embarrassment or external pressure thereby developing a greater understanding of their own and colleagues behaviour in the work place.
They will be observed, guided and assessed by our consultants as to change of demeanour, appreciation of their own and other's strengths and weaknesses and taught to recognise how best to contribute to the expansion of a business.
